Carriage & Delivery

A number of items are dispatched directly from our premises and as such incur a fixed carriage charge which we aim to keep low, and covers handling, packaging and dispatch of the goods.
Some items are however sent direct from the manufacturer / supplier, as these items may need to be dispatched by courier due to their fragile nature or kept in bespoke warehousing facilities. These goods incur a different charge and will also cover handling, packaging and dispatch. Your cart may include items which come from separate suppliers in which case two separate delivery charges will apply, and these will be added together at the check out process. However if you order many items from the same range, no additional charge is made. The charge stays fixed.

We aim to dispatch all our goods within 2 to 3 days. Occasionally stock may have just run out as you placed your order and you would be advised of this by email, and delivery timescales advised upon.

All our prices include VAT, that is the price shown on our site as well as the carriage costs.
