If you have any reason to return your products, please contact our customer service department on Tel: 0870 080 2332.

Alternatively please send us an email at sales@scrubsuk.com. Please note that items are not to be returned to our offices, and once you have contacted us, we will be able to advise on the correct address for return.

All cardholder and general enquiries will be answered within a maximum of 24 hours.

Payment Processing

Our payments processing is handled by a third party. You will be taken to their secure websites and the card payments are secured by them using SSL/128 bit encryption.

Cooling off period

We allow a 14-day 'cooling off' period (except for consumables and bespoke services). You may return un-opened, un-used items within this period for a full refund. Please see Returns & Replacements, above
