Product Description

Asonor has helped up to 77% of snorers get relief and a better night's rest when used correctly.

    How does Asonor work?

Asonor removes the cause of snoring as it lubricates and softens the mucous membranes in the throat, whilst also tightening the musculature in the throat. This makes the breathing easier and unobstructed, and furthermore prevents dry mouth that many snorers complain about in the morning.

    Do you need a prescription?

No you do not need to a prescription in order to use Asonor.

    When do I use Asonor?

This should be used every evening before bed. For best results please avoid eating, drinking or brushing your teeth after taking Asonor as this will reduce the effectiveness. Generally Asonor will work on the first night of use but in rare cases the effect can take upto 14 days to start working.

How long does the effect last?

With the recommended dosage of 4-6 pumps in each nostril before bed, this will last normally upto 7-8 hours. However, if you find that the effect isnt lasting this long, then you can increase the dosage to 6-7 pumps in each nostril before bed and you should find this will prolong the effect.

Can I use Asonor whilst pregnant and also when breastfeeding?

Yes, everyone can use this product.

Are there side effects when using Asonor?

No side effects have been linked to people who use Asonor.

    Why do we snore?

The most common cause of snoring is when the muscles in and around the throat relax too much when you are sleeping. This means that the opening in the throat narrows, and air has difficulty in passing, this then causes the pressure in the throat to increase. In the diagram below you will see that the uvula (1) and soft palate (2) begin to vibrate, the noise produced by these vibrations results in snoring (3)

Why does Asonor not work on me?

Asonor works for 3 out of 4 people. If it is not working for you, it could be that you are using the product incorrectly, to ensure that you are using it right then please refer to the above point "When do I use Asonor" and "How long does the effect last for?"

If Asonor still doesnt work for you then we recommend you visit your doctor, as snoring can be caused by other factors than normal snoring.

Why should I do something about my snoring?

There are many good reasons for this. Firstly, it is likely to bother others that have to hear it at night. Secondly, it is detrimental to your health. International studies show that snorers have a reduced quality of life, due to migraines, headaches, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, decreased sexual function and premature death.

Will snoring resume if i stopped using Asonor?

    Yes, most likely.
